Silver Spring Stage is located in the Woodmoor Shopping Center, just north of the intersection of Colesville Road and University Boulevard. Parking is in the rear.
Silver Spring Stage is wheelchair accessible with a handicapped elevator at our Colesville Road entrance, a handicapped accessible restroom in our main lobby, a ramp to the seating area and designated wheelchair and companion seating. Please also note when purchasing tickets that for the comfort of our immunocompromised patrons, one matinee per show is designated “Masked” and all guests are asked to remain masked for the duration of the performance. Our performance programs are accessible online and may be enlarged for visually impaired guests.

From Washington D.C.
- Take 16th Street toward Maryland
- After crossing into Maryland turn right on Colesville Road
- Proceed through downtown Silver Spring past the Beltway
- Cross over University Boulevard (Rte 193)
- Turn right on Timberwood Drive
- Turn right again into parking lot behind Woodmoor Shopping Center
From Northern Virginia
- Take 495 toward Rockville/College Park
- At the 270 split stay on 495
- Take exit for Colesville Rd (Rte 29) North, exit 30A
– Cross over University Boulevard (Rte 193) - Turn right on Timberwood Drive
- Turn right again into parking lot behind Woodmoor Shopping Center
From Southern Maryland
- Take 495 toward Rockville/College Park
- At the I95 split stay on 495 toward Northern Virginia
- Take exit for University Boulevard West (Rte 193), exit 29A
- At the second traffic light turn right
- Turn left into the parking lot behind Woodmoor Shopping Center
From Baltimore
- Take 29 South to the exit for University Boulevard East
- Follow signs to get onto University Boulevard East
- Turn left at the first traffic light
- Turn left into the parking lot behind Woodmoor Shopping Center
Metro & Bus Directions
Silver Spring Stage is Metro accessible by Metrorail and bus.
The nearest Metro Station is Silver Spring on the Red Line. From the station take any of the following buses along Colesville Road: Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z7, Z8, Z9, Z11, Z13, Z17, Z29 or Ride-On buses 9 or 22. The theater is also on University Boulevard bus lines C2 and C4 and Ride-On bus 19.
The rapid transit Flash bus also stops at Four Corners, just a short walk from the Stage.
