Rent Our Space
Silver Spring Stage offers its space for rental by outside organizations and individuals. Our theater includes:
- A 23 x 24 ft. performance area with seating for up to 109 patrons (plus 10 overflow), arranged on two sides
- A concessions counter with a refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker
- A small gathering area with cocktail tables and sofas
- Use of the lobby and box office ticket booth
- Elevator access, an ADA-compliant restroom, and additional restrooms adjacent to the theater
Due to our full production schedule, rentals are limited to events lasting 1–3 days. We also welcome co-productions with other theater companies and offer reduced daytime rates for rehearsals.
- $750 per day for the theater space.
- A Silver Spring Stage technician is required onsite at $25/hour.
- If using our ticketing system, a box office manager is required at $25/hour.
